Building Financial Confidence Through Real Experience
We started ronenpyraorari in 2019 because we kept seeing the same problem. People wanted to understand rolling budgets but kept hitting walls with generic advice that didn't match real situations. So we built something different—practical education that connects to actual work.

People Who Actually Do This Work
Our instructors aren't just teaching theory. They've built budgets for companies ranging from small businesses to mid-sized operations across Melbourne and regional Victoria. And they're still doing it.

Briony Kershaw
Lead Financial Educator
Spent twelve years managing budgets for retail operations before switching to education in 2020. Briony brings practical examples from real challenges she faced—like handling unexpected inventory costs and seasonal cash flow.
Tavish Drummond
Budget Systems Specialist
Came from manufacturing finance where quarterly projections never went as planned. Now helps students build flexible systems that actually adapt when reality doesn't match forecasts. Still consults part-time.
Delwyn Peacock
Program Coordinator
Handles the logistics that make learning possible—scheduling, materials, student questions at odd hours. Previously coordinated training programs for a large hospitality group, so understands what actually helps people learn.
How We Got Here
Started with a problem to solve
Three of us were working finance roles in different industries. We kept meeting people who struggled with the same thing—building budgets that could handle change. Started running informal weekend workshops in Reservoir. Twenty people showed up to the first one.
Found what actually worked
After trying different formats, we landed on something that clicked. Mix practical exercises with real scenarios people bring from their work. Less lecture, more working through actual problems. Students started telling their colleagues, and we had to add evening sessions.
Expanded beyond Melbourne
Regional businesses in Ballarat and Bendigo asked if we could bring programs there. Set up quarterly intensives in regional centres. Learned that budget challenges look different depending on your market, but the core principles stay consistent.
Where we are now
Running regular programs across Victoria with next sessions starting October 2025. Still keeping groups small—usually twelve to fifteen people—because that's when real learning happens. Our autumn 2026 schedule will open for registration in July.
